Quality Assurance & Responsible Care Manager

We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Responsible Care Manager
Mission:
The Quality Assurance & Responsible Care Manager will perform quality assurance, quality management and responsible care activities for conventional and biorational products for the company and our affiliates at EMEA level.
Main Accountabilities:
Quality assurance:
Provides technical assistance with evaluation of potential risks linked to the products:
- Contribute to develop/edit documentation for contractors and internally in order to ensure products quality
- Coordinate customer claims with internal stakeholders: correctives action, root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Investigate high level non-conformities and report to Headquarter/ management committee
- Develop and maintain KPIs relative to product quality
- Contribute to supplier’s evaluation through incident analysis
Conduct quality audits at tollers, distributors and suppliers to confirm their qualification and performance regarding our quality and safety expectations.
Define Quality and RC management strategy:
- Develop / maintain relevant tools contributing to the RC&Q management system
- Set up and implement internal control system for processes and procedures to ensure business activities and minimize company’s risks.
Responsible Care:
- Coordinate safety and environmental risk analysis
- Define and/or maintain procedures related to safety and environment
- Ensure sustainability requirements are identified and analyzed as well as legal compliances, including transport, stewardship and training
- In case of accident, incident: investigate with relevant partners (Manager, CSSCT, HR…)
Quality Management:
Manage in transversal mode department’s processes:
- Create/maintain processes description and analysis
- Ensure continuity between interdependent processes
- Develop continuous improvement concepts by mapping and streamlining opportunities across the organization.
Required skills and profile:
Knowledge:
- Very good knowledge and experience in the business, as well as business development in agrochemical sector
- Master’s degree in chemicals, agrochemicals, possibly combined with economics
Languages:
- English: fluent mandatory
- Any other language should be a plus, especially French and/or Spanish
Experience & skills:
- Minimum of 6 years of expertise in quality assurance or quality control, and responsible care in an international company
- Experience in agrochemicals, pharmaceutical or chemicals sector
- Demonstrated expertise in managing consulting
- Good planning skills and ability and willingness to work autonomously
- Strong teamwork ability
Additional information:
- Contract: permanent contract
- Location: based in Lyon or Barcelona, with occasional travel to affiliates and tollers in Europe
- Home Office: possible regarding internal rules
- Starting date: ASAP
