Job description

Under the responsibility of the Formulation & Classification Specialist from Industry Department, you will be in charge in an international context: On the one hand, take care of the reliability of all our Master Data:

• Reliable, update and stabilize our Master Data under SAP software with the objective to optimize the way we use this software.
• Create and update material master records in SAP

On the other hand,  hand, to handle all our labels:

• Contribute to create a label process: validation’s process, define validate duration of a label, etc.
• Coordinate creation and update of products’ label and check their regulatory and technical compliance

You will principally work in relation with the whole Industry Department but also with Marketing & Development Department, Regulatory & Registration Department, Sales Department and IT Department.

Required skills and profile

Knowledge: Bac+2/3 either scientific mainly or IT (ERP management) mainly

Experience: first successfull experience with use of SAP software

IT Tools: workable knowledge of SAP software and Microsoft Office

Skills: rigor, organization, reactivity, tenacity

Language: fluent english (written and spoken), another language will be an asset.
